Placing an Order

Please open an account on our website for easy online ordering. Alternatively, you can email us your order at hello@dmalletworks.
Order Confirmation/Invoice
If placing an email order, we'll send an Estimate-Sales Confirmation within 3-4 days with payment options for the order to be successfully placed.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 8-10 weeks from the time of order to your doorstep. If you'd like to place a large volume sales order, please email us at hello@dmalletworks.com or call 810-331-0736 to discuss order fulfillment and shipping.
Minimum Orders
Our opening minimum order is $300 before shipping costs, a combination of any styles. Our reorder minimum is $200.

Changes, Cancellations
If you need to change or modify your order, please call us at 810-331-0736 within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to help with your order, but if our shipping carrier has already picked it up, it can’t be modified or canceled.
Payment & Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also take EFT payments from PayPal and Apple Pay.
When do you require payment?
We require a 50% payment when the order is placed, with the balance due when the order ships.
(We'll process your payment when the order ships and send you the shipping details/tracking number so you know the order is on the way.)
Shipping & Insurance
We ship most US orders via FedEx or UPS. For orders placed online, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Insurance is included and calculated into shipping costs. Charges are based on your location and the size and weight of the shipment. We'll add shipping costs to your invoice for orders placed via email.
WHEN WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation within 3-4 business days. Please allow 8-10 weeks from the time of order to your doorstep. (We don't ship on weekends or US holidays.) You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns: We only accept returns and replace items if there's a defective item or something damaged in shipping.
Refunds: Refunds shall be processed according to the original form of payment. Please note that processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see below).
LOST, INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please get in touch with us at hello@dmalletworks.com or 810-331-0736, and we'll help correct the situation.
Lost, defective, or incorrect orders: Please email us within 3 business days or call, and we'll ship replacements immediately.
Damages: Please email or give us a call within 3 business days. Include photos and keep all packaging materials for shipping claim inspection so that me can expedite a replacement order.
Sales Terms
PRICING AND TAXES
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes according to state and local laws. (The Buyer will pay taxes if a resale tax certificate is NOT provided.) Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. Errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of specific merchandise may occur, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
SALE OF GOODS
Malletworks® goods are for trade or business only. They're prohibited from being resold on public sites such asAmazon.com, Ebay.com, etc. Malletworks® has sole discretion in determining which public sites are eligible for buyer resale. The buyer must sell Malletworks® goods at the recommended retail price unless the goods are promoted as being on sale or the equivalent.
Point of Sale Merchandise
Our products are free of secondary packaging for ease of display. Orders are shipped plastic-free, with recycle-friendly shipping materials.
HANG TAGS
We include hangtags/stringers with our Malletworks logo and product care tags for every mallet ordered. Our tags are printed from Mohawk recycled cotton papers using soy-based inks; stringers are 100% polished cotton fiber.
POSTCARDS
We include postcards for every mallet ordered, showing the various uses for our mallets for in-store display or at point of sale. Customers may use them as gift enclosures or simply keep them for themselves.
MALLETWORKS TOTES
Enhance your sales with a reusable tote for your customers. Our pistachio green logo is printed on natural-colored cotton canvas. Our totes fabricated using recycled cotton (Recycled Cotton/PET Blend 10 oz.). We offer our totes in 10-packs for $40. Please give us a call at 810-331-0736 for volume orders.
STOCKIST EXCLUSIVITY
We strive for product placement in stores at least two miles apart, taking into account proximity by zip codes. Moreover, we assess store suitability, considering whether our product aligns with the store’s curation and the markets we serve.
